1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the use of the SynatraVPN service (hereinafter “Service,” “we,” “us”), including the Telegram bot, website, and VPN access. By using the Service, you (the “User”) confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our product.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SynatraVPN provides access to VPN connections via the VLESS protocol through a Telegram bot. Access is granted via subscription or one-time keys purchased using supported payment systems. We do not provide access to content, unblock specific services, or guarantee access to any particular websites.

3. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The User agrees to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• Not use the VPN for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, malware distribution, copyright violations);
• Not attempt to hack, damage, or alter the operation of the Service;
• Comply with usage limits set by their subscription plan.

The User has the right to:

• Access the VPN via a purchased key;
• Contact technical support through the bot;
• Delete their data and stop using the Service at any time.

4. SERVICE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Service reserves the right to:

• Limit or block access in case of violations of this Agreement;
• Modify features, interface, or terms without prior consent from the User;
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

The Service agrees to:

• Provide VPN access for active subscriptions;
• Respond to user requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Adhere to its published privacy policy.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through external payment gateways. All transactions are final. Refunds are only possible in case of a technical error caused by the Service. Subscription is activated automatically upon payment confirmation.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free VPN operation;
• Compatibility with specific websites or applications;
• Full anonymity when using public networks.

We are not responsible for actions taken by the User while using the VPN.

7. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

We may update these Terms. The updated version will take effect 5 days after it is published in the Telegram bot or on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
